The 7th Institute of Brewing & Distilling Young Scientists Symposium will take place at the University of Cambridge, UK from September 27th to 30th 2020. The programme will feature keynote papers from invited speakers and offered papers and posters. Abstract submissions for papers and posters relating to malting, brewing, fermented beverages and distilling are encouraged. Specific themes of the symposium will be:

The organizing committee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation within any of the themes. Submissions are sought for oral and poster presentations and can be done here.
